Dear AAMAS 2020 Workshop Authors: We have attached a pdf of instructions for uploading your talk to underline.io. A few notes: 1. Your talk should be between 5-15 minutes in length, unless your workshop gives you other guidelines. Underline prefers that talks never be shorter than 5 minutes. 2. You will receive an invitation for Screencast-o-matic for recording your talk at the email address that was provided by the workshop chairs. Make sure to use the same email address given in the invitation when creating your account (e.g., don’t just use your Google ID when signing in). This will give you access to pro features and automatically deliver the video to underline’s server. If you need an invitation issued to a different account, please email jernej@underline.io and let him know you are from the AAMAS conference (provide workshop name/paper ID) and request a new one. 3. Remember to fill out the speaker information and release form. Note that there is a separate form for workshops that is slightly different than the main conference. You should select the abbreviated name of your workshop as the talk topic. 4. To have your talk be available to viewers before AAMAS, please upload your talk by Apr 24. If recording invitations are issued to multiple authors, make sure that only one author uploads the talk and completes the speaker information form. In case you experience trouble or have questions about the recording process you can contact jernej@underline.io Thanks, Jaime and Mehdi AAMAS 2020 Workshop Chairs
